The accommodation comprises of a family living kitchen with log burning stove and cosy two seater settee. Off the kitchen is a utility room with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. The main living room is approximately 650 sq.ft and measures circa 30 feet to the eaves with exposed beams and timber boarded ceiling. It has a vast inglenook fireplace and a large log burning stove. There is a television with freeview and freesat, video and DVD player along with CD player.There are a selection of books and games for guests to enjoy during their stay. The master bedroom is approached via a spiral staircase that is accessed onto a gallery overlooking the lounge. This double bedroom has exposed timber beams and timber boarded ceiling. It has an open plan bathroom with roll top victorian bath and seperate W.C and wash hand basin. The second double bedroom is approached via a crug stair and has a double bed, built in pine wardrobes and a wash hand basin. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor, one with bunk beds and the other with a single bed. There is also a fold out bed and travel cot sleeping a total of 8 plus infant. The family bathroom on the ground floor was fully refittted in 2008 comprising P shape bath with shower and corner wash hand basin. There is a conservatory which opens out onto a patio with cast iron furniture. A unique log mounted Outback Gas Barbeque is also on the patio. The elevated South facing garden has a wooden gazebo, picnic bench, table, chairs and sunloungers with cushions. There is adequate parking in front of the house and also a drive in for one car. The beds are made up ready for your arrival. Wireless broadband is now up and running.
